Looks like you are using Npcap to perform the capture in monitor mode.
You should report the issue to their bug tracker:
https://github.com/nmap/nmap/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93=is%3Aissue

When looking at the currently opened issues, there seems to be some known
problems. See for example https://github.com/nmap/nmap/issues/1001

Is there any capture filter to select the channel the APs are using? As this
may be also a problem, as I think in monitor mode one channel needs to be
selected. In the AirPcap Control Panel, you need to select a channel to sniff
from, and if this channel is wrong, you won't grab the packets you are looking
for.
