I try Preferences - User Interface - Open Console Window - Never.
But don't take effect.
There are 11 little popup windows.

The message in the pop-up window is the traffic impassable sign.
Please tell me how to solve. Thanks!

Yeah, those are really annoying those are reports of errors that
happened while running...

In order for us to be able to tell you how to get rid we need to know
what's written on them.
