Hi, My Wix installer should support the upload of company logo(gif file) during installation,In order to achieve this i have created and added the UI and also got hold of the custom action to browse for file dialog.when i click the browse button the path of the file gets stored in the property PATHTOFILE. Please suggest a way in which i can store this new image file in the /applications/image folder by replacing the old image file with this new image file. Also this upload of company logo should be optional during installation.i.e. if the user does not provide the path for new image file,the previous(original) image should be taken into consideration.
Please suggest how to achieve this in Wix.
