The Windows Installer does not and the .NET Framework does not. So nothing in 
the WiX toolset does because it wouldn't work even if we did.

I looked in the Windows SDK and did not find an answer.  (And by extension if 
it is supported in MSI, does Burn support the use of prefixed really long paths 
(32,767 characters) in Burn variables to drive a MSI property?)
