Now that i have and the custom action and its been sequenced in the install execute sequence as NOT Installed But it didn't open the web site after installation. Should i be using a custom UI to trigger this action while pressing the "Finish" button? I used a custom action which is triggered when pressing the Finish button. The action is launched if the checkbox is selected.
