Hmm, Is it oversight that your condition uses TITUS_FOUNDPRODUCTPLATFORM and your logs show you setting MYCORP_FOUNDPRODUCTPLATFORM? It looks like your CA is scheduled properly (from what I can tell in the SDK docs) and your condition should evaluate to false (if you are using the right property).
