I think its because html {width: 100%} is not the
right way of doing it... have you tried body {width:
100%}? This works fine with my work.

Dunno if you already fixed this but I would try:

Change media for print.css to screen & see if its still no show.

Try not using @import for it?

Or possibly, ref the @import css files from root - eg /c/print.css, not
c/print.css
