F3 shortcut keys help says:

That is not true if cursor is

here:

or here:

Then selection list opens with F4

Otherwise F4 does clear DX call, Grid and TX messages 1-4

Does this happen with Windows and Mac, or is it just Linux feature?
(Fedora28/LXDE)
Most annoying is the band selector case. If you have just changed band
and want to clear last call (try to answer to cq) from last band.

Hi Keith,

the keyboard shortcuts are not different on Macs with the exception
that you must substitute the CMD key for the CTRL key, and that the Qt
framework we use for cross platform facilities does substitute a
couple of shortcut keys to match the Mac UI standard, it updates the
system menu bar accordingly, so "Settings" becomes "Preferences ..."
and is "CMD+,", "Quit WSJT-X" is "CMD+Q".

What is different is that some shortcuts that are masked by the
operating system and hence not available. This is also the case on
many Linux systems.

The attachment showed he was using Tab 1. Agree everyone should be using Tab 1

He's flying kinda blind by using Tab 2 apparently. Should be using Tab 1
for most information and better understanding of Auto Seq operations.

Are you double clicking on the incoming call in the left screen? If you do, it
should automatically populate the report and other boxes with the correct
data/callsign. It should also switch to the correct outgoing text box and step
through them when it is time, assuming you have auto-sequence checked.
