[wsjt-devel] Can't install RC3 on a Windows7 computer

I just uninstalled all previous versions of WSJT-X. When I try to install
RC3, I get this message. I even selected "Run as Administrator". Any ideas
what I'm doing wrong? I never had trouble before.

Hi Chuck,

it may be that you didn't close down WSJT-X before trying to install the 
new version.
