I just logged a contact in Delaware. If you notice the lower right Rcvd box has unknown information. The 2nd part LJ81HM showed up as the state when sent to HRD LB. This looks like a grid square, but if so, it's in the middle of the ocean off Mogadishu, Somalia. Pirates location for sure. Did not see anything unusual on his QRZ page except that his QRZ grid square is a storage rental facility in an industrial area of the city.
