Power changes have not been transferred to HRD LB since mid september.  But
Comments were posting to LB last weekend during the 10m contest.

On my system the power and comments have been retained all along.

If one wishes, you can change the default power level. I WSJT-x File, 
Open Log Directory, you will find a file named WSJT-X.ini. Close WSJT-X 
and edit that file and do a ctrl F for TxPower= and change it to what 
you want.


Of course when and if you change power level again you'll have to go 
thru the same thing.
