Thanks Bill.

I created an "FT4 Test" configuration in rc5 with all the parameters as
suggested.  When I switched configurations in rc5 from "FT4 Test" to
"Normal FT8" and closed rc5, then restarted v2.0.1 all is now just fine and
it's been running a few of minutes.

Something to remember till v2.1.0 GA.  Otherwise, both versions seem to
function normally now.

it CRASHES within 5 seconds.

v2.0.1 and it still crashes after a few seconds.  Something is just not
right with the rc5 install that appears to have corrupted the other
installs.
