It seems that after each test of the FT8 RU, I am one of "These guys". Not used to having switched operational modes, so I'll send our 4 or 5 CQ RU's before I realize that I'm not calling RUssia or doing the RU. A quick configuration selection change fixes everything. Senior moment(s) are more frequently of late. Way too much going on in today's world to remember all the little details. Your screen shot shows that you have decoded several messages of tyhe form "CQ RU ...", the CQ message used in the FT8 Roundup, ARRL RTTY Roundup, and similar contests. From the Quick Start Guide to WSJT-X 2.0, page 5: "Casual operators who decode a contest-type message formatted for ARRL Field Day or ARRL RTTY Roundup will be prompted to check the relevant box so that they can transmit the required exchanges." These guys just forgot to change their CQ message. These stations with 5xx numbers should NOT be operating on the standard FT8 frequencies. They are operating as RTTY Round Up, but that starts on 14.130 and up to 14.150 and similar on other bands.
