It’s a breaking change to an _internal_ class we’re referencing that was 
introduced in (or at least first noticed on) the I20180119-2000 platform. I’m 
working on it.

IIRC, HTMLPrinter is from Platform and recently moved away from
StringBuffer to StringBuilder. Code in WTP needs to be updated accordingly.
