Dear Ultimate Lovers,

Winter is coming.. and so is the indoor season! Surely, the best way to
start the indoor season is at our annual tournament.

We are very proud to announce the 14th edition of our loose mixed indoor
tournament:

The *Schreeuw van de Meeuw* on the *28th and 29th of October 2017*!

As always, we will play at the Radboud Sports Centre in Nijmegen (The
Netherlands), which has fabulous halls to play in, which are also perfect
to sleep in (for 1 night). Besides that, we will arrange dinner and
breakfast and of course an awesome party on Saturday night. This party is
extremely close to the sports halls and even more amazing because we have
arranged for the night to last one hour longer... ;-)

So this is what’s going on:

What?   A loose mixed indoor tournament
When?   28th and 29th of October 2017
Where?   Radboud Sports Centre, Nijmegen, The Netherlands
Stay?   In a sports hall
Costs?   €120,- team fee, €25,- player’s fee

to be one of the first registered teams. Payments will need to be made soon

***Tournament information***

*Format*
The tournament is *loose mixed*, which means that you have to have at least
1 lady on the line, decided by the offense.

*Venue*
Radboud Sports Centre

*Accommodation*
Included in the player’s fee is the accommodation from *Saturday morning
till Sunday afternoon* in the sports centre. *Please bring your own
mattress and sleeping bag*. If you decide not to stay at the sports centre,
you will have to do the booking yourselves. The same applies for a sleeping
place on Friday night. There are several hostels and bed in and
near Nijmegen.

*Dinner*
Dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in the player’s
fee. There is a cafeteria in the sports centre where you can get soft
drinks, fruits, sandwiches and other snacks.

*Party*
On Saturday evening there will be a party close to the sports centre where
you are staying (Cultuur Café)! Beer, wine, soft drinks etc. will be sold
at very reasonable prices. Of course there will also be a beer race and a
cool theme.

*Registration*
Please register your team by filling in the google form.

We have only 16 spots available of which 6 are reserved for teams from
abroad. We will select the teams and after that, payments need to be made
as soon as possible. Deadline for registration is September 30.

*Fees and payment*
The team fee is € 120,- and the player's fee is € 25,-. When your team is
selected, we ask you to make a down payment of € 245,-. This amount is the
sum of the team fee and the player’s fees for 5 players. Payment of the
player’s fees for the remaining players can be made at a later date. Payed
fees will only be returned if you back out before September 30. After that,
only a part of the player’s fees can be returned.

*General information*
There is an ATM available on campus, on the road between the sports centre
and the party.

[Wurfpost] Indoorsaison17/18 - Ausrichter und Saisongebühr

Hallo zusammen,

für einige Indoorturniere wurden bereits Ausrichter gefunden, für andere
werden noch Ausrichter gesucht:

Indoor-Mixed

am
2./3. Dezember. Es wird jeweils eine Halle benötigt:

   - 3. Liga Nord-Ost
   - 3. Liga Süd-Ost
   - 4. Liga Süd-West
   - 4. Liga Nord-Ost
   - 4. Liga Nord-West (Ausrichtungsbewerbung liegt bereits vor)
   - (5. Liga Nord-West)

Im Spreadsheet gibts eine Übersicht darüber, welche Teams, wo spielen.
Teams, die in der vergangenen Saison nicht dabei waren, dieses Mal aber
spielen wollen, können in der untersten Liga in ihrer jeweiligen Region
antreten. Dazu bitte eine kurze Mail an mich. Genauso, wenn ihr gespielt
habt, nun aber nicht antreten wollt.

Außerdem möchte ich euch an die Überweisung der *Saisongebühr *erinnern:
Pro Team, pro Division und Saison wird eine Saisongebühr fällig. Bitte
überweist diese bis zu den unten genannten Fristen auf das Konto der
Ultimate Abteilung des DFV (Deutscher Frisbeesportverband, Kto 75164467,
IBAN DE37241512350075164467, Blz 24151235, BIC BRLADE21ROB, Betreff:
Saisongebühr [Saison], [Teamname], [Division]).

Indoor-Mixedsaison (30€, da nur ein Turnier gespielt wird): 30. September
2017
Indoor-Frauen-& Opensaison (60€): 30. November 2017

Von Teams, von denen keine Saisongebühr eingegangen ist, wird ausgegangen,
dass sie nicht antreten und andere Teams rücken nach. Eine Rückerstattung
der Saisongebühr kann nur gewährt werden, wenn die Absage mindestens 8
Wochen vor dem ersten Turnier der jeweiligen Division erfolgt ist.
