   Dom0 boots with this, but booting a domU w/ the -xen kernel does bad
things:

Xen p2m: assign p2m table of [0x, 0x0001)
Xen p2m: to [0x0001, 0x000103ffc000) (65536 KBytes)

I can boot dom0, domU with my patches on PRIMEQUEST.

   Thanks Akio.  Note that the dump below is actually from dom0 while
domU is booting.  The cciss driver is for an HP hardware raid card.  The
domU is a 4-way, 4GB domain.  dom0 is booted with dom0_max_vcpus=2
dom0_mem=16G.  Disk I/O via the cciss driver seems to work normally with
only dom0 running, but blows up when domU is started.  Thanks,
