We need the G450 Matrox Video drivers for Linux Mandrake 7.0 and the
instructions to install it on my current hardware platform with supermicro
motherboard .

It looks like you are missing alot of modules. eg:
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/i810_drv.a
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/input/mouse_drv.a
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libexmod.a
etc...
Perhaps you have an incomplete XFree86 installation?
