I failed in run startx on VMware,
%startx
The message printed on the screen as follows. And the
log file is derived from /var/log/XFree86.0.log is
attached.

When running under VMWare, you need to use the vmware driver, not the driver

  In the Section Device, change Driver nv to Driver vmware.

send mail from commandline in linux.I have attahced my

[XFree86] Error report

I have permanent X-crash after several hours of working.
It just close everything suddenly.

   If you were working with Mozilla or something that
would have alot of fonts it may be a known bug in the 
freetype font renderer.  Replace freetype in the
XF86Config file with xtt so that it uses a different
TrueType font renderer.

What were you doing at the time of the crash?  Did it happen in response to 
something you did, or did it appear to happen at a random time without 
provocation?  Is it possible to reproduce the crash?

   The RandR extension breaks rotate support so you have to
disable RandR.  Put:

   Option RandR 0

ServerFlags section of the XF86Config file.

[XFree86] error report

My Vedio card is Intel 82845G/GL Graphics 
Controller Intel 82845G/GL chip, Bios Version: 2637 Memory: 
64M

It seems linux dose not support it well (cannot 
display 1024x768).

I wonder how to fix it.

I just upgraded my system from RedHat 8 to RedHat 9, and
when I use Rotate option, it fails.. and the system
uses default(without Rotate option) and it works fine.
I didnt have any problem using Rotate option on RedHat 8.
