I don't think so. I think that release freeze ends with tagging CVS or
at least with releasing source package. The files are released too,
the release is announced on xharbour.org - what else do we have to
wait for? If in group's opinion the release was not ready, and the
freeze is not over - I'd like to count my commits as fixing known
bugs, and include them in the release (after they're tested by
developers with complex OOP apps, e.g. xHarbour.com).
(Or better yet, create a new release 1.2.2, because 1.2.1 is already
released IMO).
