Salah satu caranya mungkin dengan rumus panjang ini, logikanya jelas.

=TRIM(IF(F6=x;TEXT($F$4;ddd dd/mm/yy);)
IF(G6=x;TEXT($G$4;ddd dd/mm/yy);) IF(H6=x;TEXT($H$4;ddd
dd/mm/yy);) IF(I6=x;TEXT($I$4;ddd dd/mm/yy);)
IF(J6=x;TEXT($J$4;ddd dd/mm/yy);) IF(K6=x;TEXT($K$4;ddd
dd/mm/yy);) IF(L6=x;TEXT($L$4;ddd dd/mm/yy);)
IF(M6=x;TEXT($M$4;ddd dd/mm/yy);))

Data yg diambil dari JUDULKOLOM yg berisi data tanggal, bila tidak diformat
dengan fungsi TEXT spt di atas, akan tampil sebagai dateSerialNumber
Cell ybs tidak dapat diformat sbg Date, karena berisi BEBERAPA data tanggal.

Saya kira permintaan Om Leo untuk menyingkat :
bila absennya ada banyak Tgl ingin ditampilkan
Tgl sekian S/d Tgl sekian
agak canggih juga itu permintaannya
IMHO hanya macro yg bisa mengerjakan

2.
Melihat Tabel tsb, sebenarnya orang SUDAH langsung dapat membaca
dan tahu kapan seorang karyawan tidak masuk, tanggal berapa saja.
Tetapi masih ingin pula ditampilkan DUPLIKASI Kejelasannya
dari TUJUH data ingin diitampilkan ke dalam HANYA satu cell
Tingkat kesullitan seperti ini, menurut saya, tidak sebanding dengan
info yg akan diperoleh (yg sebetulnya sudah ada)
