You cannot change it per smtp connection when you host multiple domains.
To do that, you need to run multiple instances of xmail, each with one
domain.
The idea of the HELO/EHLO is to identify the host, rather than the domain of
the email being sent.
The host sending does not need to in the same domain as the email being
sent.
