[xml] msys2 build error
I’m trying to build the latest version 2.9.7 using msys2. I am getting 2 problems. 1. I need to export LIBS="-lws2_32 -lgdi32 -lkernel32" before running ./configure. Otherwise I will get lots of linkage errors. 2. I’m not familiar with Bash script or makefile syntax, so I am not able to find the cause. Help needed.
