We can't fix this in Nova V2 as it is a backwards incompatible change,
so the only place we can fix it is the docs. Sorry.

hi all:
when I get interface use api "os-attach-interfaces" which is in nova
doc, it return 404.
but use the api "os-interface",it return the result.
"os-attach-interfaces" has replaced the "os-interface".so we must
modify this bug.
