Show metadata properties with empty value

Bug description:
Test case to reproduce:
1. Create any image with empty property i.e.
--property dummy_property=
2. Request detailed image information
glance image-show <image_id>
AR: dummy_property is not in output
ER: dummy_property should be shown by the command.
