  unfriendly error when keystone tries to parse a URL

Bug description:
  Sorry  about the vagueness, but here is a traceback that came up when
  I was helping someone debug.

  It results in "AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute
  'find'" which isn't too helpful. From what I could tell it was because
  either the token or identity URI was wrong.
