How to reproduce:
1. Go to Admin -> Metadata Definitions
2. Locate the "Protected" column (header cell)
3. Click the header cell to sort the column.
4. See how the Sort Indicator appears in the bottom of the cell
Actual result:
The sort indicator does not fit in the header cell, making the table header to
increase its size.
Expected result:
The sort indicator should be located to the right of the text. Just as the rest
of the columns do.
