Public bug reported: The config documentation for Nova Ocata lists the "use_journal" option[1], however that option was added to oslo.log only for the Pike cycle[2] in oslo.log==3.24.0. It isn't available e.g. in Ubuntu Ocata UCA with python-oslo.log=3.20.1-0ubuntu1~cloud0.
