[ydn-delicious] Re: People Like Me - Feature
Joshua, I can only imagine how much a query like this hammers the server. Anyway, thanks for the answer and keep up the good work. I love what you guys are doing. -ro --- In ydn-delicious@yahoogroups.com, Joshua Schachter [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: i'm working on something like this. there is currently a (slow) way to see what user/tag is like your user/tag and i am working on speeding this up. the main problem is that urls that are very popular (cnn, slashdot, etc) tend to tie people together much more than ones that are rare and need to be normalized as such. _ From: ydn-delicious@yahoogroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of rottinam Sent: Tuesday, November 07, 2006 2:01 PM To: ydn-delicious@yahoogroups.com Subject: [ydn-delicious] People Like Me - Feature This is a feature request (Should I do this here?) It would be kinda cool, if I went to My Network and could search for people who have 3 (or any amount higher) of the same URLs bookmarked as I do. This way, I could find like-minded people to be network fans of. Just a thought. -ro [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

At the moment, there is no way to view just your unshared posts. We are looking into some ways to accomplish this. Regards, Toby Elliott del.icio.us
[ydn-delicious] Request for feature
Greetings, I was wondering if the delicious team had thought of possibly adding a little feature whereby you could click on one of your links (or tags even) and email a link (or for tags, groups of links) to someone of interest. You might at first think this redundant, but say a non-delicious user asks me for some good links on Topic X, I could easily go to the tag for Topic X, click and email them all the bookmarks for that topic.
