FWIW, I've used Missing Sync with a Treo (and its predecessors :) for quite some time. With the caveat that I haven't tried the current version's Yojimbo note syncing yet :-), Missing Sync works well for me overall -- the only issue I've had is that sometimes contact details get miscategorized (e.g. a 'home' address being relabelled as 'work').
