[zeromq-dev] zeromq website is not updated to zmq 4.3.x releases
Hi all, I just noticed that: 1) http://zeromq.org/intro:get-the-software does not mention 4.3.x as stable release..but in github changelog https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/releases that's declared as stable 2) the documentation at http://api.zeromq.org does not contain a "4.3 stable" option... indeed even if I choose "master" I do not see the same docs that are in git repo... probably they need to be regenerated... Just my 2 cents :) Thanks, Francesco ___ zeromq-dev mailing list zeromq-dev@lists.zeromq.org https://lists.zeromq.org/mailman/listinfo/zeromq-dev

Note that libzmq is LGPL3, not GPL3 - and there is a static linking exception, so you are free to link dynamically or statically to your application. You application will not be subject to the LGPL3 terms. The license switch is not yet complete and there is no ETA available, sorry. -- Kind regards, Luca Boccassi ___ zeromq-dev mailing list zeromq-dev@lists.zeromq.org https://lists.zeromq.org/mailman/listinfo/zeromq-dev

"when a client wants to connect, the client (which knows the server IP address) sends an ICMP Time Exceeded packet to the server." So it still needs to know the address to connect to. [zeromq-dev] Regarding Licencing
Hi ,Is there any GPL v2 license for any of the older versions ?And Could you please let us know when would MPL v2.0 license be available ?The current GPLv3 license does not fit our company's legal requirements even though we want to use zero mq.
