Actually Dr Ambedkar's opinion that Buddha's eyes should be open. I think, this is only the painting, where Buddha's eyes found open. I visited with my team members to Chicholi on the occassion of Dhamma Chakak Pavartan Day on September 29, 2009 and care taker Mr Sanjay Patil was present on that time. We make discussion with him.
