Thanks for your generous contribution. Delivering the money is not a problem.
We have lots of dedicated Punjabi Dalits in our forums - Brs Birdi, Mahay,
Sandi, Verender - to name a few. I am sure they will find a reliable person to
help us.
I request you to collect the money, if that is OK with you.
I am not in favor of giving cash. We will deposite the amount in a Bank for
10 years ot so on his name and give the Fixed Deposite receipt to him. That way
he can get certain amount every month/year. In order to do that, I am targeting
for atleast Rs. 1 lakh. If everyone in these forums come with whatever they can
afford, we will certainely reach that figure. Otherwise, not much comes as
interest.
So, I am appealing again and again. I hope, my repeated appeals may melt some
more hearts and come forward of help him.
Some may think of me - This fellow always ask for money. But, I can not
help. When we can not help a person in need, what is the use earning money?
Let us see how many more come forward.
Note: I generally copy my mails to all like minded groups as I have been
asking to do so. So, please do not misunderstand me when I am sending to
several groups. I will do it only if I see no harm in doing so. I will be
careful if any confidential informaion is in the email. Then I will send to
only appropriate groups.
