Re: [zfs-discuss] FYI: ZFS on USB sticks (from Germany)

The initiatory condemned for the concern is rattling grave and beggary an
tending of every one. This is the vexation which exists in the elite and needs
to
be eliminated from the elite as presently as thinkable.

Hi,

Artem: Thanks. And yes, Peter S. is a great actor!

as usual, Wikipedia knows it:

  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Stormare

and he's european too :). Great actor, great movies. I particularly like
Constantine, not just because of the name, of course :)

Out budget is quite limited at the moment, but after the 1.000.000th view on
YouTube/Google Video we might want to reconsider our cast for the next
episode :).

But first, we need to get the english version finished...

Cheers,
   Constantin

thank you for spotting it :).

We're working on translating the video (hope we get the lip-syncing right...)
and will then re-release it in an english version. BTW, we've now hosted
the video on YouTube so it can be embedded in the blog.

Of course, I'll then write an english version of the blog entry with the
tech details.

Please hang on for a week or two... :).

Best regards,
   Constantin

Brilliant video, guys. I particularly liked the fellow
in the background with the hardhat and snow shovel :-).

The USB stick machinations were pretty cool, too.

My German is somewhat rusty, but I see that Google Translate does a
respectable

job. Thanks Constantin!

This is the best line:

"Hier ist die offizielle Dokumentation, echte Systemhelden jedoch
kommen mit nur zwei man-Pages aus: zpool und zfs."

Roughly, "Here [link] is the official documentation; real system
heroes need only the two manpages: zpool and zfs"
