This is my direct client opening for *Help Desk - Austin, TX*. This is a *Long-
term contract position*. The Hourly rate is DOE.

 The duties of the Worker will include, but are not limited to, performing
the tasks listed below:

A.      Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

B.      Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely
resolution.

C.      Possesses knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and
procedures within a particular field.

D.      Ability to answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients
in person, via telephone or from remote location.

E.      Troubleshoots system requirements and solves problems relating to
the existing procedures, information systems and /or utility programs via
the phone.

 *Required skills:*

Skills/Experience

4+ Years: Customer Support experience providing technical hardware/software
support with proven ability to rapidly identify system requirements,
diagnose the fix and communicate the resolution to the end user.

4+ Years: Experience with operating systems, software solutions with
specific focus on Adobe Acrobat.

4+ Years: Detail oriented with proven problem solving abilities.A
cooperative team player with strong customer focus
