Below is my client requirement; * * *Job Title: SAP Technical Writer* *Duration: 2+ Months.* *Location: San Diego, CA* - URGENTLY Need five (5) experienced SAP technical writers to work full-time on an SAP Documentation Upgrade Project. - The technical writers should have served as an SAP Technical Writer on at least three SAP documentation projects. * * *Technical Writer Tasks:* * * The technical writers, who will report to the Document and Training Analyst, will be required to: § Review existing documentation with Process Owners and SAP Business Analysts § Update documentation based on input from Process Owners and SAP Business Analysts § Update documentation based on changes as a result of ECC 6.0 upgrade § Review documentation updates with Process Owners and SAP Business Analysts § Obtain sign off from Process Owners § Provide weekly status * * *Technical Writer Software Skills:* * * The technical writers should have the following experience § Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) version 2003 or higher § Beginning to intermediate experience in MS Office (Visio) version 2003 or higher § Beginning to intermediate experience with Snag-it version 8.2.3 or higher *Background:* * * Client has implemented SAP in January 2007. This implementation included the following modules: MM, SD, FI, CO, PS, HR, Payroll, CATS, BI.
