In-depth experience with Siebel OLTP and OLAP architecture, infrastructure, development, administration, access control. Must have full Software Development life cycle experience. Practical understanding of the best-in-class CRM technologies. Ability to work efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables. Experience with environment sizing for all tiers, multiple servers, load balancing, and failover/disaster recovery. Experience with Siebel/Oracle CRM and Analytics, and with upgrading Siebel applications. Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOA, XML. Excellent documentation skills.
