This is my direct client opening for SQL DBA - New York, NY. This is a 12months contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Candidates need to interview in person and should be in the NY area. *Responsibilities will include: * • Design advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, scripts • Maintain, modify, and optimize the Worksource1 SQL Server database • Collaborate with applications developers on data modeling and E-R diagrams • Manage database performance, capacity, replication, backup and security • Work with external entities to facilitate data transfers • Assist business analysts and end-users with reporting needs *MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * -6 years or more experience installing, designing and managing MS SQL 2000, 2005 & 2008.
