Additional Skills: MS Project Intent to Hire: No Roles and Responsibilities: Summmary: The ideal candidate would be well rounded as it relates to the Software Development Lifecycle, Application Development Standards, Quality Assurance Methodologies and Project Execution Management. This would include meeting with the business indetermining and documenting busienss requirements as well as supporting the design, development, testing and implementation of the stated need. In relation to Project Management the candidate will also lead/participate in meetings at the operational and project level, develop project plans, monitor dates, tasks and reporting status to the project team. Tasks associated with the position: Design, develop, code, test, debug and document requirements Develop test scripts based upon business requirements and processes Maintain a high level of communication as it relates to project documentation, project issues/concerns, project priorization and all phases of a project including implementation plans. Work closely with our business and IT partners to specify complex business requirements and processes, as well as making sure our IT partners understand the requirements Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management including cross-functional, internal and external stakeholders. Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
