The role requires:
* BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
* High technical competence, track record of strong coding and
technical accomplishment.
* 5+ years of development or testing management experience.
* Experience in building testing frameworks and in test automation.
* Strong project management skills.
* Proven track record for high quality product delivery.
* Able to mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction,
and provide hands-on management.
* Knowledge of various testing techniques and approaches.
* Driven, creative, and result oriented.
In addition, strong candidates will have one or more of the following:
* Knowledge and hands-on experience with open source test automation
tools.
* Highly proficient in Unix/Linux & Windows.
* Industry experience in SQL and Relational Database.
* Industry experience in testing large scale enterprise products.
* Proven track record in growing highly technical testing teams.
* Diverse interests and a passion for technology.
