Windows trouble shooting skills, event logs, IIS logs, DCOM, OLE, ActiveX, .NET Experience in supporting WebLogic Servers in a Cluster solution for High Availability, Load balancing and fail over support. Knowledge of Web Security tools- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates, GPOs, Active Directory Troubleshooting experience of a middleware applications, use of log files, process monitors Expert experience in WLST, Jython and ANT scripting to automate and monitor the WebLogic routine tasks. Working Knowledge of Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 Good working knowledge of Monitoring Tools such as Introscope, HP OPENVIEW, BMC Patrol. Experience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP. Excellent communication, relationship building and client partnering skills required (must be able to be understood by others) Experience working in high-pressure, enterprise-class environment preferred Experience with https servers such as iPlanet, SunOne, Apache, IIS. Ability to troubleshoot and debug problems with http servers. Experience with monitoring & integrating application with Wily Intrascope, and load runner *Preferred Skills * Knowledge of following product is preferred other than Must have WebLogic experience.
