Compensation Workbench · Lump sum award, merit and COLA increases for non-law enforcement and corrections employees · COLA increase for law enforcement and corrections employees and anniversary salary increases · Williamson County would like for managers to have the ability to make changes to jobs/positions/grades during the CWB cycle. · Transaction would go through multiple levels of approvals. · Ability to estimate the total cost of different compensation plans, and select the approved plan for the employee base. 7.
