*Job Title:* Business Analyst Certified in ITIL Fundamentals *Work Location:* Tallahassee, FL *Position Description/Responsibilities:* CAI is seeking a Systems Analyst for at least one (1) year to enable our Client to conduct business process analysis and to implement ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes. *RESPONSIBILITIES* Develop documentation as requested Develop timelines as requested Develop other deliverables as determined by the Systems Analyst Conduct gap analysis with the current processes Validate re-engineered processes Facilitate team meetings and workgroup sessions Maintain project documents Facilitate the development of policies, procedures and process flow diagrams *Position Requirements/Technical Skills:* *MANDATORY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE* Basic knowledge of business process analysis Certification in ITIL Fundamentals General knowledge of ITIL concepts Contractors will be required to complete this work on site in Tallahassee, FL Contractors will be required to complete all mandatory employee training *PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE* Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical, end-user and executive-level staff Demonstrated experience with the development of business process maps Team leadership and project management skills Comprehensive understanding of IT processes in general *NOTES* Three (3) references are required for each proposed candidate.
