*SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*
- 8 years experience using Java/JSP to develop web sites and web based
applications.
- Expert understanding and knowledge of the Java and JSP programming
language.
- Working experience of Flex/Flash.
- Working technical knowledge of current Internet systems software,
protocols and standards, including TCP/IP, HTTP, Javascript, XML, SOAP, Web
Services and Service-Oriented Architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT web solutions
for customers through a disciplined Development Methodology that leveraged
various roles (for example BSAs, Project Managers).
- Knowledge of web application servers (i.e. Weblogic, Apache) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Ability to confer with end-users, clients, or senior management to define
business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience defining global technology, IT architectures and applications
to support global consumer support solutions is preferred.
- Desire to use cutting edge technologies.
