Send me resumes @* *guru.e...@gmail.com you can reach me at 609-945-3178. *Web sphere Portal Developer*** *Location : San Jose* *Rate: Open* Skill Requirements * * Overall 10+ years of experience in Web application development using J2EE and Portals Strong Websphere Portal Experience with exposure to designing, conducting POC's and architecting solutions Exposure to WSRP and experience in deployment of portlets in production environment Practical experience in performance tuning of J2EE and portal applications Exposure to concepts like Web 2.0, Advanced portlet concepts Strong experience in web interface production, utilizing a good knowledge of current best practices and cross browser compatibility Successful implementation using Core Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, EJBs Strong knowledge of Struts. Strong knowledge of J2EE design patterns. Strong object oriented programming skills and UML is a must Successful implementation using XML and XML Schema Experience in creating standards-compliant web interface elements *Additional Desired Technical and Non-technical Skills:* Ability to work with minimal supervision Desire to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, environment Should be able to manage a team of developers. * Responsibilities will include:* Strong in development processes and governance experience Code Mgmt (strategies for managing environments, releases, code branching etc) General Design - Scalability, Performance, Define Coding standards, Documentation (Sequence, Class diagrams etc), Code reviews, Work on Functional and Technical POCs to demonstrate high level design (design patterns, implications) Work closely with technical team and business team to understand analyze the business requirement documents Identify risks, open issues, dependencies during technical analysis Closely collaborate with architecture technical lead to ensure viability of proposed solution Please feel free to call or mail for further details, thanks and Have a great day.
