Responsible for developing enhancements for our Peoplesoft Human Resource
system including design, testing, troubleshooting, and support.



Description

The primary responsibility of this person is supporting our Peoplesoft HRMS
package. In addition, the ideal candidate will have both the experience and
willingness to support other PeopleSoft applications including Financials
and EPM. Typically, this support will require coordination with internal
Barclays technical and business resources to resolve product issues, and
regular communication to management on the status of issues. Additionally,
this person may be called upon to help with the configuration and set-up of
new Peoplesoft modules.



Specifically, Barclays Financial is looking for a Peoplesoft HRMS Developer
who has the following:

Strong development skills including requirements gathering, design, test
case creation and execution.

Experience with all aspects of PeopleSoft development including Application
Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Application Engine and Crystal Reports.

The ability to develop partnerships with business and technology colleagues
as well as external vendors

Knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture (Application server, Web server and
Process scheduler)
An understanding of the Application Messaging and Integration Broker tools.

Migration experience (Migrating PeopleSoft objects from one environment to
other environments)

Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively
within a development team and with business users

2+ years experience using SQL based query and reporting tools, ideally
accessing an Oracle RDBMS

Strong project planning experience

Complete Description:
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is the administrative arm of
the Arkansas Supreme Court. The Court Information Services Division is
responsible for providing technological support to the State’s courts, and
is also responsible for the Arkansas Court Automation Project, a statewide
initiative to automate case management in Arkansas courts.

The Help Desk Support Agent will be part of a small, dynamic CIS Automation
Project Team tasked with the state-wide roll-out of Contexte, a court case
management system. This position will be primarily responsible for
diagnosing problems and troubleshooting as well as maintaining professional
and prompt real-time support to customers. Because of the dynamic structure
of this Project Team, other duties may include assistance with training and
testing efforts.
