[Zim-wiki] Fwd: Zim plugins: SourceView - Language selection with autocomplete

2021-01-25 Thread Thomas Engel
Small correction to avoid any confusion:

> In addition to the autocomplete feature the ok-button can now be
triggered by pressing the ENTER button.
... in addition to the autocomplete feature the ok-button can now be
triggered by pressing the ENTER **key**. ... so as you might already have
guessed there is no new button for this... ;)

Hi Zim community,

i've made some adjustments to the SourceView plugin. With this
implementation (see
https://github.com/datenwurm/zim-plugin-sourceview-autocomplete-feature) it
is now possible to select languages in the "Insert Code Block" dialog using
autocomplete. The traditional behaviour (A-Z > Language) is still present.
In addition to the autocomplete feature the ok-button can now be triggered
by pressing the ENTER button.

Please feel free to give some feedback!

Best regards,

Thomas

Re: [Zim-wiki] Zim plugins: Attachment-Browser

2021-01-18 Thread Thomas Engel
Does that do anything for
https://github.com/zim-desktop-wiki/zim-desktop-wiki/issues/930?

When I understand #930 correctly my change doesn't do anything in this
regard. However, since it is kind of related i'll may be able to address
this issue as well.

Feel free to open a merge request towards the main (develop) branch
and I'll put it on the backlog.
Nice, i've created a merge request. Looks like the (awesome) CI pipeline
found some things I should take a look at (e.g. usage of tabs instead of
spaces, ...). I'll look into it the upcoming days.

Best,
Thomas

Currently it's just a stand-alone plugin which needs to be installed
like any other plugin. However, it would be nice to integrate it into
the main branch.

[Zim-wiki] Custom Tools Collection

2020-12-10 Thread Thomas Engel
Hi,

while working with the zim-dash-plugin i came to the realization that this
plugin does also work very well with the "Custom Tools" feature of zim (see
Tools > Custom Tools).

As a consequence i wrote a few small scripts* and published them here:

https://github.com/datenwurm/zim-custom-tools

Maybe some of you have a collection of custom-tools as well?

Best regards,

Thomas

[Zim-wiki] Zim plugins: Dash

2020-11-22 Thread Thomas Engel
Hello Zim community,

i've created a plugin (see https://github.com/datenwurm/zim-plugin-dash)
which adds a search dialog to allow quickly executing menu entries.

The dialog can be opened by pressing alt+x or by typing '{' within the wiki
editor.

If you have any feedback/problems please let me know

Best regards,

Thomas

Are there any errors when running zim in debug-mode (zim --debug)?
