the latest 2nd image matches the 1301 and 1302 hw revisions. This is not
handled by 0x directly, you should provide't manually.
BTW can understand why they dupped the secondary.bin for different hw
revisions if all the images are exactly equals.

try with a modified kexec() to jump out to the bootloader without

to flash the device. This technique is used on some windows mobile based
devices.

On Linux we have the kexec() system (an openembedded patch from october or so

to arm), that loads an ELF kernel image and

It is possible to flash directly from the device, so this brings the
possibility
to completely replace the bootloader flasher by a userland one with extended
features for backuping and recovering data.
The way to flash is using mtd-utils:

just used to handle the flasher and load the NOLO which
is actually
a kernel loader with the kernel inside and then jumps tot he UBIfs rootfs.
So, actually they dropped the initfs, secondary.bin and kernel
partitions which is
kinda cleaner and s
r the n900. so i'll probably continue the
development when the
device reaches my hands.
