Pretty much. She does a lot of stuff with The Hacker (including live PAs)
and is affiliated with the Int'l DJ Gigolo camp.
Who exactly is Miss Kittin anyway? Is she a full-time electro starlet ?

I'm looking for the name of an artist that was represented by one piece in
the gallery. It's a long horizontal painting, very architectural. In fact I
believe the title is called Blue Buildings? I remember it was a
commissioned piece for a record cover for a Detroit artist (Duvante maybe or
T.
Might this be Neil Olivierra's Black Buildings? I *think* he did that
artwork, but I mightbe mistaken. Seems like it was on display at the DEMF
this year.

that reminds me, whatever happened to the DEC's new album? i remember the
Black Buildings EP was supposed to be excerpts from their new album that was
supposed to come out sometime this year. i also remember that's the reason
i didn't buy it, because i knew i was going to buy the LP anyway.
It is, he has a whole series of paintings in the vein of the Black Buildings
cover. Neil Olliverra had a showing with Ron Zakrin at Cpop shortly before
he left for San Fran.

I've always wondered: what is the harder mix of Good Life I've heard played

the version I'm thinking of sampled the original chord melody for just 4
beats and repeats just that portion throughout. I dont recall Staceys mix
but he usually writes all new music for his remixes so it probably isnt
hismix.

That sounds like Past and Present by Devilfish on Bush records. Came out last
year...
Sean (not Deason!)
ahhh that sounds more like 'Manalive' by Devilfish on Bush. Not a
remix of course, but samples the classic sound.
It has been severely worn out on the Australasian shores over the last 9
months.

The Juan Atkins mix? I've got it on Ten with mixes of Big Fun on the flip, I
think. It's the mix I like the most, too.

I like Craig's...though it has a STRONG Timbaland vibe to it.
That's very true, I remember asking Mr Craig about that and he admitted it
was influenced by Timbaland. Talking of Timbaland, the new Aaliyah album is
Does anyone have any info. regarding Kenny's no show in Seattle last Fri?

Speaking of Axis:
Whilst being in Detroit for the festival last May, one of my fellow

went that Jeff Mills went by RT to drop off 30 copies, and that you
