That's the Carl Craig remix of Soft
They were from the archipel site. It's a net label run by a guy named
pheek and they put together sample packs for people to make trax from
and send 'em in for release under creative commons. Listmember Andrew
duke contributed some great sounds to one of the sample packs. Pheek's
