ok so i am curious to know how you all mix, im not into tricks and things i
just want a nice smooth mix without endless beatmatching (get on with the
tunes i say!)
generally when i mix house i tend to bring the next tune in with the bass
turned 3/4 of the way down and gradually bring it up as i
mixing is a bit rough but im not a dj so what do you expect!

rurals - messages
quant - brighter day
project 4 (?) - waiting
satin souls - recover
rurals - lush
rurals - magic
derrick white - soul to let go
aquanote - nowhere
andy caldwell/amma - on
on a side note i am a reformed jugnle dj type, please bear with me as i
learn how to mix house properly... its very different to mixing jungle and i
am trying my hardest.

Then you expose one group to one set of stimuli, and expose the
plays at some of the more 'scene' parties but i havent heard a peep out of
him for a long time which is not very pleasing

Its hard to go past any of that old reinforced stuff from the early/mid
90s nookie, tek9, manix, 4 hero etc. - its great stuff, very 'techno'
sounding.

dj crystl and pete parsons (voyager) made some of the most amazing music i
have ever heard
check 'paradise' by crystl and 'voyager' by voyager and you will see what i
mean. really top notch music that has certainly stood the test of time (rare
in this genre)
those guys are now doing breaks on
discogs.com :
'The Naphosious Wars' is co-produced with Josh Wink;
'The Fusion Formula' with Juan Atkins.
